Application: Please complete ALL fields, including 5-7 jpg images that clearly depicting your work and booth.

The Kennett Arts Festival Committee must review and approve application before acceptance.

If you are accepted, you will receive an email confirmation within two weeks of receipt of application. Closer to the event, you will receive specific information regarding designated parking, set-up times, booth location, special events, etc. Free parking is available during Festival for all exhibitors.

If you are not accepted, you will be notified within two weeks of receipt of application and your entrance fee ($200) will be returned without the non-refundable jury fee ($25).

If you wish to exhibit in more than one medium at the show, you must apply and be accepted in each medium. Artists are not permitted to bring any artwork in additional mediums, unless you were accepted in that second medium. Please, no exceptions.

Rules and Regulations

By checking each box, I understand and agree to the following:

Artist work - Checked *

All items sold MUST be handmade by the crafter/artist applying. The approved Artist/Artisan must be present in their booth for both days of the Festival. No substitute person due to artist’s multiple bookings, will be allowed. The KAF reserves the right to close or remove any booth in which the artist is not present, no refund will be issued. Exhibited work must be consistent with photos submitted to jury. All artwork must be of high quality and hand-crafted. No manufactured goods or kits will be allowed.

No refund - Checked *

NO REFUNDS for any reason. Booth fee will not be refunded if an accepted Artist requests to withdraw when another festival accepts them.”

It is my responsibility to have an applicable Tax ID and to collect and pay taxes.

Booth space - Checked *

Only one artist is permitted per booth space. Artists must provide their own tents. All tents/canopies are required to be 10’x10’ canopies with straight legs, and able to withstand wind and rain. A 50 lb. weight is required for each leg of the tent. There is no electricity available for booths; generators are not permitted.

Booth set up schedule *

Friday - 1:00-6:00pm
Saturday - 6:30-9:30am

The festival will turn vendors away if entering festival setup area after 9:00am.

Tent for Booth Space *

I will provide my own straight legged, weighted tent. Each leg of the tent must be weighted with at least 50lbs; 50lbs weight per leg required.
I will rent my tent from All Event Party Rental; their contact information will be in your confirmation email.

For placement next to someone, please note on both applications.

Clean up - Checked *

Be responsible for your own area for setup and cleanup. Trash cans are provided. Please use them.

If you would like to be included on the official Festival website and social media accounts, we will use your Primary image, link to your website, and hashtags as submitted above. *

Your application to this show implies that you agree to accept all liability for any property damage, theft, loss of life or personal injury related to or resulting from this event, and that you will not hold Kennett Arts Festival, Kennett Library, Borough of Kennett Square and/or any Kennett person or entity related to this event, to be responsible in any way for those claims.

I have read this application and the Official Rules and Regulations in their entirety. I understand that my application is subject to review by jury. I understand that the Kennett Arts Festival is not liable for any claim, loss, or damage of any kind to my exhibit or me and I agree to release and hold them harmless for such liability. I understand that failure to follow any of the listed conditions and requirements for participation in the Kennett Arts Festival is grounds for dismissal without refund.
